I’ve used a number of different oils for making my shark chum but I’ve never been able to find the thick, gloopy pilchard oil that used to be available years ago. I saw this stuff on Facebook and gave it try. First impressions is it’s the real deal, thick, potent and very smelly! I added it to my bran and fish mix and had a great slick. Also looking forward to using it for my porbeagle fishing as when mixed with sand and trout pellets sink down deep. Strongly recommend! Just don’t spill it on any clothes you like.... the smell will linger for a LONG time!

My first day out of the new pike season I soaked a whole mackerel in the oil and within 5 mins I had my first double of the season , the whole bait was in the pikes mouth it really wanted it ! It is really strong smelling which the pike love ! It’s works really well for me when targeting river pike, the flow takes the strong scent down river and helps get more pike into the swim. When the temperature starts to drop and the pike become less active this stuff will definitely give me an edge ! I’ve used a lot of oil over the years an this oil is easily the best I’ve used .

I started using holy mackerel fish oil this season for all my shark fishing, adding the oil to my chum mixture. I’ve been very impressed with the results! It creates a great slick and really draws the fish in. I’ve landed blue sharks well over the 100lb mark this season as well as having over 30 fish in one session. It is now an essential ingredient in my chum mix!

First time using Holy Mackerel fish oil at the weekend, it did not disappoint we had 10 pike to the boat between 2 of us to 18.2lb and 5 low doubles. Highly recommend!

After ordering HOLY MACKEREL Jerry cans, we can safely say that this will be a regular order. We ordered on the Tuesday. It was here on the Wednesday. We needed ours for chum. We were heading out for blue sharks. Within the first hour and a half, we had a blue shark to the boat. We have since used the oil in all of our chum, had hook ups, seen tuna jump and it even works for the inshore fishing at anchor. This is now one of our favourite products. Next it will be used for bream season.

Caught a 20lb Pike on a sardine injected with the mighty Holy Mackerel fish oil!! The stuff is a game changer and I put it down to it being 100% natural. Seriously if you haven't then give this stuff a go!!

Went 2 belfast angling an got some of that holy mackerel oil for our trip down the north coast so we got back an sorted the chum out that we were taking an pour 300ml of that oil into it got 2 our spot an fired the chum bag out within bout 15mins there was fish swimming about in front of us an even a strap conger out swimming about the bag . Its defo worth the money an works a treat an i think every angler needs it in there fishing box
